Remote Journeys are the most immersive experiences Luminatus offers. These semi-guided excursions take small groups to remote locations around the world to interact directly with spiritual, cultural, and wellness leaders in their own communities.
Utilizing the relationships developed by our practitioners and Luminaries, these journeys go far beyond tourism. They are pilgrimages of understanding — opportunities to witness and participate in traditions, ceremonies, and healing practices in the places where they originated.
Remote Journeys are limited to a small number of participants to preserve the intimacy and authenticity of the experience. Each journey is unique, shaped by the destination, the cultural leaders we visit, and the participants who join us.
Amenities regularly associated with Luminatus retreat centers may not be available on Remote Journeys. These experiences prioritize cultural depth over comfort, though every effort is made to ensure participant safety and well-being. Transportation, lodging, and food may or may not be included in the cost of the journey depending on the destination and logistics.
